NAME

       PGASetMutationOrCrossoverFlag   -   A   boolean  flag  to  indicate  if
       recombination uses exactly one of crossover  or  mutation  on  selected
       strings.

INPUT PARAMETERS

       ctx    - context variable
       flag   - PGA_TRUE (default) or PGA_FALSE

OUTPUT PARAMETERS

       none

SYNOPSIS
